-We will be happy to accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receiving your item(s). ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. If an item is sent back after 10 days of delivery to the customer, it will not be accepted.
-All original tags must be attached. Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost without notice.
-Customers can exchange for a different size or color of the original item, or be issued store credit towards a new item. We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds.

-Once returned item(s) is/are received, your exchange will be processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns and exchanges must be sent through our returns portal at the link below.
-Lettie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
-We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Packages must be sent to our Returns department at the address below. Packages sent to our shipping department will incur a 15% restocking fee.
-Any packages sent without proper postage will not be accepted.
-If a rewards program coupon is used for purchase, rewards points/discount will not be returned to you in the event of a return or exchange.
ALL sale/flash sale items, doorbusters, socks, shoes, jewelry, and hats are final sale. Special orders (i.e. Bridesmaids dresses) are also final sale
-If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Lettie can no longer be held responsible. Lettie will cover the cost of USPS First Class return shipping in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received. UPS and FEDEX charges will not be reimbursed.
-If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. If we are unable to make contact with you, we will assess a 20% restocking fee.
-We cannot change the shipping address, billing address, or payment method provided once an order has been placed. We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed as we ship very quickly.
