Store Policies


-We will be happy to accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receiving your item(s). All tags must be attached. Returns must be processed through our returns portal here 

ALL items ending in $.50 are final sale. Orders using discounts codes 25% off or above are also final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

-Refunds will be issued by store credit only.

-Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns must be sent through our returns portal at the link below.

-Please feel free to resell your item on our BST Group on Facebook if you prefer. Please note this group is for Lettie items only. 

-Lettie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

-We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

-Any packages sent without proper postage will not be accepted.

-If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Lettie can no longer be held responsible. We will send you a return label to send the item back. You must contact us before returning a damaged item.

-If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, is past the returns window, or is otherwise ineligible, we will be happy to issue store credit less a 20% restocking fee.

-We cannot change the shipping address, billing address, or payment method provided once an order has been placed. We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed as we ship very quickly. 

-Customer is responsible for all international shipping fees including duties, taxes, and other fees.
